BOSTON, June 28 (Nationwide Times) — At least six people were injured Saturday when a duck boat overturned near a boat ramp on Museum Way near Education Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts, police said, leaving the sightseeing vehicle on its side near the Charles River entrance.

Cambridge police spokesman Bob Reardon said the boat had 32 people aboard when it turned on its side shortly after 3 p.m. Cambridge Fire accounted for everyone on board, and no passengers wound up in the water.

Reardon said some injuries were minor and two were more serious. Boston EMS separately said 11 people were injured and one had serious injuries.

Cambridge police said the boat overturned after a tow rope attached to it broke. Massachusetts State Police said it would lead the investigation.
