ANAHEIM, Calif., June 28 (Our Los Angeles) — Disneyland Resort’s Tiana’s Bayou Adventure reopened after a Sunday incident in which a 13-year-old guest exited a ride vehicle and slid down the attraction’s final drop at the Southern California park.

Disneyland officials said cast members stopped the ride after the boy got out of the vehicle. The teen was taken to a local hospital for a precautionary evaluation and later released.

The attraction stayed closed for the rest of Sunday and reopened after a review by the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health, known as Cal/OSHA.

NBC News reported that Cal/OSHA spokesperson Katherine Wzorek said inspectors “did not find any operational issues.”

The incident happened on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, the log-flume ride in Disneyland Resort’s New Orleans Square area, and comes as the attraction continues normal operations following the inspection.
