About Senior Newspaper

News Website for US Seniors

A Times Media Service publication.

Many miles, many seasons, our next chapter.

We know the United States in salt air, prairie wind and desert sun. We know the gardens, fishing spots, family recipes and front porches that make a place feel like home. We believe getting older should bring more to explore, not less to ask. We follow the news that matters as we care for loved ones, make plans and enjoy the days ahead. We are Senior Newspaper.

202stories in the last 90 days

How we started

The United States holds many ways to grow older. We can spend a morning tending tomatoes in a small backyard, walking a lakefront or watching the desert light change. We may be close to family or a long trip away. Those differences, and the decisions we share about health, money, home and how to spend our time, are why we publish Senior Newspaper.

We look at the news with those lives in mind. We make room for practical information alongside the pastimes and traditions we carry with us, whether that means gardening, fishing, cooking a family recipe or finding a new trail. As part of Times Media Service, we write for readers across the United States while keeping those everyday choices in view.

How we work

The short version of our standards. Each one links to the full policy.

Independent

Editors decide what we publish. Advertising, sponsorship and other commercial interests cannot buy favorable coverage or stop legitimate reporting.

Accountable

When a fact we published is wrong, we correct the story itself and add a visible note that says what changed.

How we use AI

AI and automated tools may help us with research, drafting, transcription and translation. A responsible person is accountable for everything we publish, and we disclose AI’s role when it is material.

Who owns us and pays for this

Senior Newspaper is owned and published by Times Media Service LLC, which is owned and currently funded by its parent company, CISO Network LLC. Sponsored content must say so.
